Service Description

***PLEASE NOTE: Child & Teen Counselling is available after a complimentary parent consultation and New Client Initial Assessment have been completed.*** If Phoenix & Feather Counselling is determined to be a good fit for your child or teen, you will receive the next steps through Owl Practice. Any required intake, consent, and related forms must be completed before ongoing counselling sessions begin. One-on-one counselling for children and teens navigating: • Anxiety • ADHD and focus challenges • Emotional regulation • School stress • Friendship struggles • Confidence and identity • Low mood and life transitions Sessions are warm, creative, and developmentally informed, helping young people build confidence, emotional awareness, and resilience.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. No cancellation or no-show fee is charged through online booking.
