Welcome to Phoenix and Feather Counselling
Supporting children, teens, and the families who care for them.

When your child is struggling, it can impact the whole family.

Summer doesn't always feel like a break. Changing routines, big feelings, and the pressure to make memories can be overwhelming. Support is available through every season.
You may be noticing bigger emotions, more sibling conflict, increased anxiety, changing routines, or a child who just doesn't seem like themselves lately. When children and teens are struggling, it can impact the whole family.
Support is here to help your family navigate the ups and downs that come with growing up.
At Phoenix & Feather Counselling, I provide a warm, creative space where children and teens can feel safe, understood, and supported.
Together, we'll help your child build:
• Emotional regulation
• Healthy coping skills and resilience
• Confidence and self-esteem
• Healthy ways to express big feelings
• Stronger family relationships

Hi, I’m Crystal Heaver.
I support children, teens, and the families who care for them as they navigate big feelings, anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, low mood, and life transitions with warmth, curiosity, and practical support.
I believe children and teens do well when they feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. My goal is to create a space where young people can build confidence, develop coping skills, and reconnect with the strengths they already carry within them.
